We had a great stay at this very comfortable home. The photos represent it nicely. There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, and utensils. The televisions have plenty of viewing options. And the home is in a neighborhood with a walking path along a stream, which we enjoyed. It is a 5-minute drive to a grocery store, and close to several restaurants and services. The host responded rapidly to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

Look no further!! This is the best place to stay with your family and kids!! I looked at so many properties for our family vacation this year and this is the one I chose!! Loved all the separate areas where you can go relax. The basement was so much fun to hang out in, will keep the kids entertained for hours. The host, Barry, was so nice and answered all my many questions in a flash. Very clean and had everything you could need. And it is centrally located so you can easily get to places. We did the Denver Zoo, Red Rock Amphitheater, Rocky Mountains, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods.

House was as advertised. Clean and big enough to accommodate our large party. Neighborhood felt safe and is in a great location. We enjoyed nightly walks to the various parks that are around. The only thing this property lacked was security, my family was uneasy knowing that there was NO security at property. No blinds or Curtains on rear door so neighbors watched us as we moved inside of home, that was very creepy and made us feel uneasy.

My family and I stayed in this home for four nights while in the Denver area. The home is beautiful and had all of the room we needed for the 5 adults. I work remotely, so was able to utilize the desk in the master without disturbing the rest of the family. We had a blast using the beautiful deck, game room, and theater room.
