You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Three restful bedrooms provide space for up to six guests. The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, massage recliner, boho chair, and large TV for unwinding at the end of the day. A second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and storage, while the downstairs bedroom offers another queen bed. All are furnished with memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains, and soft linens for restful nights.

Indoor comfort
Spread across 1,350 square feet, this duplex offers two living rooms, each designed for gathering or quiet relaxation. The main floor living room has an oversized sectional, leather chairs, and a 65-inch Smart TV ready for streaming. Downstairs, a lounge with board games provides space for family time. High-speed WiFi and an Ethernet connection support both work and leisure, and the washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cooking basics. A marble dining table anchors the open layout, creating a comfortable place to share meals or plan the day ahead. Wine glasses, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils are also on hand for everything from casual breakfasts to grilled dinners.

Bathrooms & essentials
Two full bathrooms each feature a shower/tub combination, stocked with hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. The downstairs bathroom also doubles as the laundry area. Essentials such as soap, extra pillows, toilet paper, and bed linens are included for ease and comfort.

Outdoor living
The private fenced yard is set up for relaxation and play. Stretch out in the hammock, settle into the hanging chair, or gather at the patio table for a meal from the grill. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
