We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

A second lounge space downstairs creates a cozy retreat for movie nights or board games, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax.

Sleeping arrangements
Three peaceful bedrooms promise restful nights for up to six guests. The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, massage recliner, and large TV, providing a private haven after a day outdoors. Another upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed with ample storage, while the third bedroom downstairs includes a second queen bed for added comfort. All rooms feature blackout curtains and memory foam mattresses to ensure deep sleep.

Bathrooms & essentials
Two full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and include shower/tub combinations for convenience. The downstairs bath also functions as a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, making extended stays effortless.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen awaits with everything you need to prepare home-style meals, from a stove and oven to a coffee maker and dishwasher. Share breakfast or dinner around the marble dining table, or take your meals outdoors to the private patio.

Kindly note that this property is one unit of a side-by-side duplex. Each unit has its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
