Booked a night, paid with a hotels. com gift card, wasn't going to make it in time for check in, called before check in ended, I briefly explained my problem, the woman on the phone OFFERED to change my reservation to the following day, I gladly accepted. Attempted to check in the following day, no reservation showing, explained to Brandy at the front desk, she was kind enough to call the lying woman who I spoke to the night before, on speaker phone she admitted to saying she would switch the reservation but forgot to actually do it, Brandy asked her to walk her through how to do this, when getting to the payment section, Brandy alerted the woman on the phone and myself that because it was a third party payment, there was no way to adjust the check in date, Brandy said there was nothing she could do, so I said so I'm out $ She' said yes and apologized, I calmly left although i was livid but I'm not that jerk that's going to rage on an employee when there is nothing could do. I sat in my car for over an hour chatting with hotels.com and was able to get most of my money back, so... Great... Right? No no no, because the hotels.com rep spoke with Brandy who told her that the woman I had spoke with informed me I would be charged a no show fee and the reservation couldn't be changed, well that's interesting because then WHY IN FT DID SHE ADMIT TO BRANDY HER COWORKER OVER THE PHONE AND ON SPEAKER PHONE THAT SHE DID ASK ME IF I WANTED TO CHANGE MY RESERVATION AND ADMITTED

Worst experience, worst service, stay far away.

Check in was good and the lady that took care of us was very nice. However...I could not sleep at all. There was non stop loud noise from above, all sides and in the hallway. People yelling and laughing loudly in the hallway throughout the night/early am hours. Very loud barking. I was waiting for someone to fall through the ceiling, the banging above was so intense. Loud footsteps all night. Could not sleep. I called the after hours front desk # and apparently woke up the staff person who was not happy to be disturbed to do his job. I was told he would address anyone that "might be making noise" and hung up on me. No care, no apology, no interest in the minutest token of guest service. Do not stay here. I have never experienced such an unpleasant stay and such a rude, dismissive staff person.

We were in Denver to visit our grandson who is a spinal injury patient at Craig rehabilitation hospital. WoodSpring had. Best rates and is reasonably close to rail so we could easily go and come. Everything was as expected. Full size fridge. Two burner hote plates and kitchen madè it easy to eat in and save money. The place was clean and fresh smelling in room and hallways.

Nice area, new building, homeless people & noisy.

The property coming in looks great. It’s pretty new. There were a lot of homeless people and rv’s in the parking lot. The staff seemed like they were new so there was some confusion with the check in. Once I got checked in all was ok for the moment, except that my bedding wasn’t ready. The night sleep was fine until 5am the manager was having a full voice conversation with someone right outside my door. Once that stopped, about an hour later, she began to vacuum the LVT, right outside my door. I asked if she had to do that now and she said she has to have it clean by 9. Then she said maybe she could sweep it up. Check out is at 11 so I think asking for a couple more hours of sleep at 7 is understandable. I don’t think vacuuming the lobby at 630 is necessary. She had her headphones in so obviously she knew it was loud. The stay would have been ok if not for the constant interruptions while sleeping. The whole point of a room is to sleep somewhere and that just didn’t happen. I got back from a concert at 1230am and was expecting to sleep in for a bit. Overall the place was nice and new, but I think that management allows the homeless to stay in the parking lot or lets them hang out. Not quite sure but I can say that this could drive away a lot of customers if it continues. The neighborhood is nice. Too bad this seems to be the place to hang out if you don’t have a place to stay. Staff was nice, a few of them just aren’t meant to be in this line of work in my opinion.
