Amazing location. We were an hour early for check in and the front desk gentleman was extremely friendly and accommodating. We stayed in Room 8 and as soon as we walked in, the view was like a dream. Gorgeous overlook of Depoe Bay. The room had anything we needed, a small kitchen, binoculars, and a comfy bed. Perfect spot for walking to the main shops or a peaceful overlook. The complimentary breakfast was perfect before heading out to whale watch.

If you can sleep anywhere, you’ll love it.

Quaint, older motel with awesome views, but if you are seeking a good night’s sleep, hard pass. Older construction makes conversations next door or up stairs easy to hear. Road noise from HWY 101 drowns out the ocean waves. Ambient light floods the room after dark, even with the blackout blinds pulled, and the green blinking light from the smoke detector, well, that’s a special feature. On the positive side, easy walk to Depoe Bay businesses and restaurants. Beautiful private beach, large rooms, and simple breakfast included. Note: steep ladder/steps to the private beach is not for the frail, young children, or those bothered by heights. It is worth the climb.

Inn at the Arch is a disaster

Completely run down. Shag carpet very old and had many stains. Television did not work. How it got a 4+ rating is a mystery! Hotels.com should do a better job vetting these properties.

Excellent property, great staff, awesome room with all the amenities and a spectacular view. It is an older property so you can tell some wear that were age related. The only real issue was the tv and WiFi were down. Would definitely come again!

My family of 3 stayed in a spacious 2nd floor room with lofted ceilings and view of ocean. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good with many options, and you can walk to town. We enjoyed the private beach especially at low tide, and just up the road there is path to rocks where you can watch whales and the sun set over the Pacific. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Depoe Bay!

Very friendly staff. Excellent location with beautiful views of bay. Can see whales from your window or back lawn. It's an older inn, so the bathroom is dated but the room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Walking distance to dining options along the bay. Would definitely stay again!
