Featuring a kingsize bedroom with a smart TV, high-quality mattress and soft linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep, an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, with the kitchen offering an electric hob, combi microwave, fridge and dishwasher so you can easily prepare meals of your choice to enjoy. There is a tucked-away breakfast bar with stools and a cosy sitting area with a comfortable sofa and TV, the perfect spot for winding down after a busy day exploring, with double patio doors offering a lovely view across the fields of Brookfield Farm. There is a shower room within the pod where you can freshen up before watching the evening roll in, or awaken yourself for the day ahead. To the front of the pod is an enclosed garden with a patio area where outdoor furniture is available and a firepit where you can sit and enjoy the summer evenings, plus a hot tub where you can perfectly watch the night sky role in the beautiful surroundings.

Brookfield Farm is a quiet and secluded holiday farm, enjoy meeting the animals such as chickens and donkeys and being in a peaceful environment. The countryside around Church Broughton offers numerous scenic walking trails for nature enthusiasts. You can take leisurely strolls through the village and explore the serene countryside, enjoying the fresh air and the stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. Visit Tutbury Castle, a medieval fortress with a rich history, or head to Sudbury Hall for a dose of local heritage. Explore the nearby National Forest, home to various flora and fauna, and perhaps even spot some wildlife during your stay.

For a bit of excitement, the famous Alton Towers Resort is around 10 miles away, offering a range of thrilling rides and family-friendly attractions. The wonderful Peak District town of Ashbourne is a short 10-mile drive from Warren, this town has many shops, cafes and eateries as well as some great walks around it such as Dovedale, Ilam and Tissington. The Warren offers something for everyone, you may prefer to take a few days of relaxation soaking up the hot tub and the peaceful environment instead, maybe bring a couple of new books to get through too! You will be sure to head back home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, full of countryside air.
