Alton Towers and Conkers provide a fun filled family day out to remember. Uttoxeter Racecourse and Castle Donington, are worth a visit or enjoy a historical day out exploring the National Trust properties such as Sudbury, Calke Abbey and Kedleston.


Step into the hallway to remove coats and boots and wander through to the fantastic bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Without a doubt here is where you will be spending most of your time, whether its relaxing on the comfy sofa watching something on the Smart TV or rustling up a hearty breakfast for your loved ones. The kitchen area offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave and is a fantastic place to cook if the local eateries don’t tempt you. The property offers two bedrooms with Smart TV's, you have the choice of them being set up as two doubles or one double and one twin. Get ready for the day ahead in the shower room offering a shower and WC. Outside there is a garden with hot tub, dining table and chairs and a lawned area, perfect for chilling out on a summers evening with good company. There is off-road parking for three cars. Please note the owners live on site, however privacy is assured.
