**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER DESERT HOT SPRINGS ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.**
* NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR OWNER APPROVAL - MESSAGE US IF YOU WISH TO BRING A PET - IF APPROVED - Pets: $75 (requires owner approval) 2 dog limit.
* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of DESERT HOT SPRINGS.

* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost varies depending on season $149/night.
* The City of DHS requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival.
The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.

Nice property as described

We enjoyed almost a week at this property with my extended family. The home was fairly well stocked and we were able to cook most things that we wanted to in the kitchen or on the grill. The property managers were very accommodating and had the items delivered that we needed. The location is somewhat remote within a neighborhood but we knew that when we booked it. There are grocery stores and some restaurants within a ten minute drive. There was a heat wave during our stay so we were not able to sleep in the pool house for a few nights (it got too hot), but we were able to make it work for our group within the main house.

Anna and Team were easy to work with. The house was represented well, it was clean and easy to find and the check in and out process was simple. The addition of the pool/hot tub were a bonus as was the pool table. The hot tub heated quickly and was a great addition to help relax. Thanks!
