We had a drink at the bar before walking to Little Caesars, our bartender was attentive and nice - the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and our room was lovely! Well worth the stay and made the concert even more memorable.

The hotel itself is very nice; however, the guest room doors close extremely loudly, which can be disruptive throughout the night as guests come and go. Additionally, the pillows could use improvement, as they lack comfort and feel inexpensive.

I have been to many 4 & 5 star hotels and I have never seen a room so clean!! Amazing staff! Knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, that includes the servers in the bar restaurant area. This hotel made my trip. Sometimes paying the extra cash is very worth it, this is worth the extra Benjamin’s BK
