The room heating system was so loud it banged all night long, we got zero sleep. When we complained the staff said there was nothing they could do for us. Very disappointed and would never recommend anyone to stay here.

The young lady who greeted us when we arrived did a great job of welcoming us, helping us to get settled in our room, and answering questions we had. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Great experience!

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Breakfast was a little pricey for what was offered, but it was delicious. The tram is nearby and comes every 15 minutes or so. Only complaint, and it has nothing to do with the hotel, but there is a sewer grate on the corner ans the smell can be overwhelming outside.
