The hotel is fine. The TV in our room wasn’t working. Called the front desk they said someone would be right up. We checked out a day later, still no one had showed. Both the guest directory and the card on the phone gave instructions on how to make local calls. Didn’t work. Called front desk again. Told they discontinued that service. I guess it’s too much work to print and laminate a sheet of paper. And it was just that. An unbranded word document. We put a bunch of food in the fridge. It froze everything overnight. Three out about $75 in groceries. Sent my complaints to the hotel, no reply.

Great until it wasn’t!

Everything was great until I was in the hot tub during adult hour and a lady just had to use her vape. I have very bad asthma and this immediately triggered a bad asthma attack. I immediately left the entire pool area. The main reason I chose this hotel was because of the hot tub which I couldn’t even enjoy. I spent the entire night coughing and throwing up almost having to call 911. I did inform 2 staff members … they apologized but I feel some sort of compensation should have Been offered. I easily could have lost my life because of the rules not being followed.
