Welcome to your home away from home in Detroit! This spacious retreat features 4 comfortable bedrooms, a dedicated office for remote work, and an additional sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. After a day of exploring the city, unwind in the private hot tub (coming soon) or enjoy the calm of the peaceful neighborhood. Just 11 minutes from downtown Detroit.

This area of Detroit is changing and growing. While you may see a few abandoned houses, our neighbors are kind, respectful, and take pride in their community — many even stop to say hello and compliment the home. We often visit with our own kids and have always felt welcomed. It’s a peaceful spot with true local charm and a front-row seat to Detroit’s ongoing revival.

We’re located in Detroit’s Pingree Park — a historic area that’s changing and growing. The neighbors are friendly, and the park nearby adds a peaceful, local feel that guests love.

Our home is perfectly situated for those who want both relaxation and connection to the city’s exciting growth. Stay here and experience the transformation of Detroit firsthand — from revitalized neighborhoods and local coffee shops to cultural landmarks and entertainment. Whether you’re here for work, family, couples get away or a girls weekend in the city, this house offers a balance of comfort, convenience, and inspiration.
