Very clean environment. Front desk agent Mahmuda was great and very sweet. She went above and beyond for our needs. Service was great! And of course Holiday Inn always been one of my favorite. Just a little concern that the body wash soup container was empty. Other than that no other complain. Breakfast with many selection was too good. Thank you for your service!

Rented the room to take my 5yr old grand daughter & her 9yr old sister swimming. Good thing my som knows how to swim because he saved a girl from drowning and her parents were no where to be found. They didnt even try to find him, nor thank him. The girls did have fun. The hotel is less than 10 min from my house so that was a plus. My only complaint is my deposit has not been returned yet and its 5 days now. I have never waited this long for my deposit to be returned. Hopefully it will be soon. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice. The kids ate pizza and i left a $10 tip for housekeeping for the trash.

The Holiday Inn Express had a wonderful breakfast buffet. The hotel was very clean in the public areas. We had a great room. We enjoyed our stay.

When we first got there the 2nd floor was like a zoo some parents got their kids rooms and were just letting them go wild the staff moved us to the 3rd floor and we didn’t hear them anymore so it was much better

I spent 4 nights in this facility. I made reservation for king bed but that room was not ready when I arrived 30 min. earlier than check-in time, so I was asked if I agreed to move to double queen, which I did to not wait any longer, as other guest that have arrived did not have to wait. The room cleaning services was not good, in particular in the bathroom. A few days after I returned from my trip and unpacked, I noticed $800 cash was missing from my bags, so I reported to the hotel and never heard back from their guest services team at the hotel. I was hoping to find out if anyone found the envelope with the cash or if there was any theft report recently.
