The room was clean all amenities were nice. The room had a personal Keurig which was super awesome. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I only had 2 issues with my stay. Apparently their system wasn't equipped for hls app so they charged 200 to us even though the room was already paid for. Front desk staff helped us tremendously and got us the money back. Furthermore, when I went to take a shower I locked the door before realizing I needed my shampoo so I swung the door open to grab it but didn't unlock the door but the door closed itself which locked us out the bathroom.

We stayed for 3 nights, our room was never cleaned, as a matter of fact we advised the hotel of such and they advised us it would get cleaned,. when we arrived back the second night and went to our room we saw the that the door to our room was open (we have no idea for how long) and still not cleaned . Luckily nothing was missing however that door could have been open for more than 8 hours. When we advised the hotel they simply told me ok we will tell the manager. In the end nothing was done and our room was never cleaned . we had to go down each day to request towels .....unlikely i will ever stay there again!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only issue was lack of water pressure in the shower when adjusting temperature. You either had boiling hot or freezing cold at full pressure. There was no pressure in between.

First room was dirty and forgot to make it up second room was better but many spackle repair spots on ceiling and toilet paper holder falling off the wall Usually good hotel room but I feel the services not just this hotel but others are lazy with services and staffing it appears anymore I got in late so this was more annoying but the desk clerk did a good job trying to find me a room
