The property has a good location but the condition of the property is not good, it serves basically people engaged in prostitution, house eviction, drugs and the room I got had a strong smell of cigarettes and weed

Very thin blanket on bed with cigarette burns in it. Someone working on a car in parking lot of room with music blasting, Another guest was watching out the room window. We did not feel safe and left, asking for a refund,

OMG! The room was a disaster. The swing latch on the door had been reinstalled/ moved 3 times, there was a stick in the window to keep people from opening it, countless holes in the walls and doors, the room reeks of old musty cigarettes, the mattress old and broken down. The only good thing was a hot shower.
