My day was good. It was good customer service and a friendly staff. My only issue is is that it didn’t have an ice machine nor the bed was comfortable. You can feel the springs in the mattresses. It was uncomfortable but everything else I rated 8 out of 10.

Poor amenities

We had a room with a kitchenette so we expected a coffee pot but they didn’t have one. No blow dryer in the room either. The front desk didn’t open until after we left in the morning and they closed before we got back in the evening. So we couldn’t even ask someone for help.
