The Space
Welcome to your private garden studio. The living and dining zone features cozy seating, a small dining table, and a convenient kitchenette setup complete with a microwave, kettle, toaster, and mini-fridge, perfect for preparing light meals and your morning coffee. Large sliding doors lead directly out to a lush, shared backyard, bringing the serene outdoors in. The separate bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, warm lighting, and fresh linens, while the bathroom provides a clean, modern shower vanity setup.

If you need to do laundry during your stay, commercial laundromats are located just a few minutes away in downtown Devonport.

Please note that the flat is attached to the main house and they share a wall, but both have full privacy and separate living spaces.
Street parking only. The property is on a quiet residential street, with plenty of parking typically available nearby.
There is no oven or stove at the property. The backyard is shared with the main house; there is a fence separating the guest yard from the main house yard.
