The 140m² house and the garden are completely private.
The house includes:
- Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room, double bedroom, and bathroom with toilet. The ground floor holds the "Tourisme et Handicap" (Tourism & Disability) certification for all types of disabilities (mobility, hearing, visual, and mental).
- Upstairs: bedroom for 3, bedroom for 1, bedroom for 4, bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilet.
The large, tree-filled garden features:
- A terrace with table, chairs, parasol, and barbecue.
- A sheltered outdoor seating area with a coffee table, armchairs, and a bench seat.
- Pétanque court, table tennis, sun loungers, hammock, and various games.
Large private parking area on the plot opposite the property.
Free Wi-Fi. The house stays naturally cool in summer, so air conditioning is not needed.
The cleaning fee includes the provision and maintenance of household linens: sheets, blankets, towels, tea towels, tablecloth, and pillows.
Baby equipment available on request: 60x120cm cot and travel cot (with mattress and fitted sheet), high chair, changing mat, and baby bath support.
Dog equipment available on request: wicker basket, blanket, and food/water bowls.
Free loan of adult and children's bicycles on request (limited number).
