Welcome to this beautiful modern house in the Saint-Alexandre district of Dinard. Accommodating up to 12 guests and 2 babies, with wheelchair access, this 120 m² property built in 2011 is ideal for family or group getaways. Tucked away at the end of a quiet lane, it offers peace, comfort, and is just a 10-15 minute walk from the beaches and shops.



Inside:

On the ground floor, enjoy a welcoming space with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, etc.) open to a spacious living area, a cozy lounge with wood stove, TV, and sofa bed, plus a bedroom with double bed, TV, and wheelchair access. There’s also an adapted bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds (one with a baby cot), and a third with bunk beds (140x190 and 90x190). A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet complete the upper floor.



Outside:

The house features a wooden terrace with electric awnings, perfect for outdoor meals. Relax in the 4-person hot tub (available 20/04–01/10), enjoy the enclosed garden ideal for children, or explore the area with two mountain bikes provided. Three private parking spaces and a bike shed are also available.



Activities: Discover nearby beaches (Prieuré, Écluse, St Enogat, etc.), hike the GR34 or coastal paths, and explore Dinard’s events and markets or regional highlights like St-Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, cruises, and water sports such as kayaking, paddleboarding, or sailing.



Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional charge.
