Upper floor with sloping ceilings :
- A small relaxation area with TV
- A second bedroom equipped with a double bed (180x190cm), separable into 2 single beds (option to be specified when booking) with wardrobe + a single bed (80x190cm)
- A shower room
- A separate WC
The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. La Perenn is just a short walk from Dinard's market square (200m) and 800m from L'Écluse beach. 6 minutes on foot.
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the accommodation (paid parking in Dinard). You will find free parking in the streets near the accommodation. Free Raphaël Veil car park from September to June, 30 metres from the accommodation (except July and August).
For other modes of transport:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station about 19 min by car (11.8 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1 hour by car (78.4 km)
