Remove personal items
Turn off the lights
IF your departure falls on a Garbage & Recycle Collection day, please place them in the appropriate bins on the SE corner of the house BEFORE 7:30am. Check the Information Binder for Collection Dates.
-Leave towels on the floor or the bathtub in the washroom. -Unplug small appliances (water kettle, rice cooker) if used, and turn everything off as you would at your home.
-If you have used the Sofa Bed; do not try to put the mattress top back into the vacuum storage bag. The host will do this. - Please notify the Host when you have left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

- The owner stores some items in the suite; Please do not use anything tagged: OWNER'S USE ONLY or NOT for PUBLIC USE. Thank you.
-Towels are not to be taken off the property [eg. the beach]
NO bicycles in the unit. They can be locked up under the back deck. This is at your own risk, the owner assumes no responsibility for theft or damage.

The property was as advertised. It had everything we needed including quality mountain bikes. The property is close to an amazing trail system and is only a 5 minute walk away. Restaurants and groceries are all close by. We visited Squamish and Shannon falls, again this place is close to everything!The hosts were very responsive and answered our numerous questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Lovely stay in a beautiful area

Very clean suite with anything you'd need. They even have a projector screen TV. Owners were lovely and very responsive. They even made is blueberry and chocolate bread. We’ll absolutely be staying again.

Our hosts were so friendly and helpful, and we felt right at home staying at this property. Check-in went smoothly, and Mayra offered to make up the extra bed for us since we would be arriving late, which was very much appreciated. It was the perfect set up for our short stay in North Vancouver!

The location was perfect for all the outdoor activities we wanted to experience in North Vancouver. You can easily walk to Lynn Canyon. Mayra and Randy we’re wonderful hosts and allowed us to store our bikes on a rack, charge our EV car, and welcomed us with a yummy fruit bread. The bedroom was nice and dark for a great sleep. Beautiful garden with fountain.

Excellent location, good basement stay

The hosts were excellent. The location was great for proximity to East Vancouver and the North Shore. My parents enjoyed their stay. However to take their visit to 5 stars it would have been nice to have the dishwasher empty, and overall less cluttered space. The owners use a lot of the kitchen for storage of their things that say “not for guest use.” Also, the workout equipment in boxes and against the walls of the basement made the stay less professional. A highlight was the welcome chocolate banana bread and a very comfy bed.

Super gelegene Wohnung in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstrasse. Kurze Wege zu sehr schönen Wanderwegen im Lynn Valey. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Liebevoller ruhiger angelegter Garten. Sehr nette und gastfreundliche Besitzer. Haben uns mit unserer Familie mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder gerne zurück kommen.
