Spend cozy hours with your loved ones in the living room and enjoy wellness in the hot tub after a day in the fresh air.



The house is situated on a large natural plot with space and good facilities for young and old. Make yourself comfortable in the garden furniture or in the hammock with a good book, while the children have fun playing basketball, badminton or on the trampoline.



After a short walk you can reach a sandy beach, restaurants as well as a pastry shop. Spend leisurely hours with the whole family playing mini golf or petanque. Explore the archipelago and islands from Stavsnäs or visit the capital Stockholm.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of SEK 150.00 per person, or bring their own. In 2026 bed linen and towels are included in the room rate. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
