Country House "La Bourgeoisie" with Private Pool, Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Welcome to La Bourgeoisie, a traditional Périgord Noir holiday home. Nestled in a vast estate, this house is close to the Dordogne riverbanks and impressive cliffs.



The private garden of over 2 hectares features a beautiful 12 x 5.5 m saltwater pool, bordered by hornbeam hedges and a well-kept lawn. Enjoy summer dining on the large terrace, furnished with teak furniture and a barbecue, with elegant lighting to extend your evenings.



On the ground floor, the spacious living room and kitchen (35 m²) have beautiful tiled floors. The kitchen opens onto the summer dining area. The living room boasts a superb fireplace. Family medallions, period engravings, and antique furniture add charm. Thick walls keep the rooms cool and private. There is also a separate WC with period fittings and a washbasin.



An original staircase leads to the bedrooms on the first floor. The first double bedroom (180x200) has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC, and double sinks. The second double bedroom (180x200) has a spacious bathroom with shower, sink, and WC.



On the second floor, the third attic bedroom has two twin beds (90x200) that can be converted into a double, plus a bathroom with shower, sink, and WC. The fourth bedroom, with high ceilings, also has two twin beds (90x200) that can be joined as a double, and an en-suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, and WC.



The pool is open from May 15 to September 15.

As a guest of Country House "La Bourgeoisie" with Private Pool, Terrace, and Wi-Fi, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
