In Chia, a village near Domus de Maria, you will find Villa Fico, a modern, new building with a homely charm. Due to the size of the house, it is divided into 2 beautiful holiday apartments, which have a separate entrance and share the large garden of the accommodation. This apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house and consists of a colourful living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchenette, 3 bedrooms (with single beds that can be pushed together to form double beds) as well as 3 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include air conditioning and 2 washing machines (in the common room outside). Outside there is a balcony and a shared garden with lush vegetation. After a long day on the beach, you can cool off with an outdoor shower and prepare delicious meals on the woodstove. Thanks to its ideal location, the nearest restaurant is right across the street and the nearest supermarket is 160 metres from the accommodation. Beachgoers will also enjoy the proximity to the beautiful sandy beach of Spiaggia di Chia Sa Colonia, which is 1.7 km (23 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car). Listen to the gentle sound of the waves and walk on the fine sand, while a pleasant sea breeze blows around your nose. The area also offers a variety of leisure activities such as golf courses, horse riding, water sports and archaeological sites.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. An additional single bed can be provided upon request.
