Ace Chalet is a charming 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath chalet located directly on the Golf Course's 16th green. It's a premier location at the end of Twin Creek cul de sac, making it a five minute walk to the Poma lift in the winter as well as the amenities at the Lodge at Osprey Meadows and Arling Center; it's also steps from Discovery Trail, giving you quick access to hiking, biking, and cross country skiing. It truly is the perfect setup for family gatherings and wedding parties.
At 2,400 sqft, there's plenty of room to entertain and relax with friends and family. It also offers central Air Conditioning, making it the picture of comfort. The moment you walk into this house you’ll feel right at home--the living room has vaulted ceilings and expansive picture windows which allow the sunlight to pour in and show off the wood trim and natural stone fireplace. The full-kitchen is stocked with your cooking needs and has full-sized stainless steel appliances, stone tile backsplash, and granite countertops. You can access the deck from the main dining room in case you wish to bring your BBQ in from the grill and place it right on the table. The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed with direct access to the outside deck, an en-suite spa like bathroom with a deep soaker tub and a walk-in shower, a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving, as well as a propane fireplace with bookcases. The two bedrooms upstairs are separated by a lofted living room-like area with cozy seating.
