The house is situated on the edge of the village of Crossways which is located near the stunning Jurassic Coast in Dorset. Close by are many local tourist attractions with the county town of Dorchester only 6 miles away & Weymouth 10 miles drive.
On the ground floor you will find a fully renovated kitchen with a good sized dining area & the brightly furnished living room which has an electric fire to cosy up beside on cold wet winter night.
At the end of the hall opposite the kitchen you'll find a separate toilet & washbasin, beyond this is the utility room with a washing machine & dryer. Carry on through out into the patio garden which is a lovely sun trap to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine after a long day exploring.
Up the stairs you will find two doubles bedrooms with plenty of space for a travel cot & one single bedroom, both front bedrooms have backout curtains to help your little ones get to sleep through the summer months! The bathroom is a wet room with shower, handbasin & toilet.
The house has central heating & the temperature can be easily adjusted with the thermostat in the downstairs hall.
Linen & towels are included in weekly & short break bookings.
On your arrival you will find tea, coffee, sugar & a pint of milk in the fridge. We also provide a dishwasher & washing machine capsule for each day of your stay.
The Frampton Arms pub is a mile away & two shops are located just a short walk from the house.

There is a train station one mile from house that serves, Dorchester South, Weymouth, Poole, Bournemouth going through to London Waterloo.
