LARGE VILLINO located in a private position in the village of Cala Gonone. Developed on several levels, it consists of a ground floor where there is a living area with sofa bed and bathroom, an upper floor where there is the master bedroom with sea view and a second bedroom with bunk bed, equipped with terrace with beautiful sea view and surrounding greenery, and second bathroom, a lower floor where there is a large dining room where there is a sofa bed, kitchen and another bathroom. The property includes a large outdoor area furnished with tables and chairs where you can eat outdoors and where children can play in complete freedom and security. Present: TV, washing machine and dishwasher; convenience of free parking in front of the cottage. Given its location in Cala Gonone, the villa is ideal for a holiday of tranquility and sun, with the sea at about 1,000 meters and in the immediate vicinity the main services; but it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the marvelous waters of the Gulf of Orosei, Osalla and Cala Cartoe beaches for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.
