The Space:

Step into your private retreat, with soaring cathedral ceilings and expansive sliding glass doors open to your private outdoor patio and woodland sanctuary. The great room is designed for both relaxation and connection with a fireplace and large screen smart TV - perfect for gathering after a day of hiking, meetings, or exploring the area. End your day soaking in the hot tub under the stars, any time of the year!

The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen with an eat-at bar for casual meals, a large dining table ideal for shared dinners, game nights, or working sessions, and comfortable seating surrounding a cozy gas fireplace - the perfect spot to unwind in any season.

A bonus living room offers additional space for downtime and privacy with plush oversized chairs and a smart TV, making it an ideal hangout for gaming, movie nights, or cheering on your favorite team during Game Day.

The home features four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private TV for ultimate comfort and privacy. Two spacious bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with custom two-person walk-in showers, while one also features a luxurious soaking tub. The remaining two bedrooms, located on the opposite side of the home, share a well-appointed full bath. A convenient half bath is also available for guests.

Additional amenities include a full laundry room with iron & ironing board and additional refrigerator.

All guest spaces are located on one level with just two steps into the home, accessible for those who may need some assistance, though it is not fully ADA compliant.

Outside, covered parking is available for up to 4 cars, with the area well-lit for safe evening arrivals. Additional parking space (uncovered) for 2 more cars. Conveniently located within 5 minutes to Interstate 77 (Exit 85), this haven offers the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility and is equally suited for family getaways, couples retreats, or business travelers seeking a quiet, upscale escape.

Guest Access:

The entire home on the main floor is for guests. The lower level garage is closed to guest access and is not pictured.



The Neighborhood:

Guests of Hilton’s Hideaway have access to our over 2 miles of hiking trails on this private property. Trails are clearly marked, if you come to a place that is not marked or cleared that is the end of our property and do not proceed. Note the owner lives on this property, please respect their privacy. You can also use the onX Hunt app to view property lines. Hunting and motorized vehicles on trails are strictly prohibited.



Getting Around:

There are a few local transportation companies if guests want to visit the local wineries and breweries or have a personalized Amish Country Tour. All of them must be booked well in advance. Ask for a link to our custom google map with suggested stops.

Guests will be required to complete an ID Verification in order to secure the reservation.

Rates are based on your group size and travel dates. Please enter your full guest count (anyone 2 years and over) and dates to view an accurate price. Charges may be adjusted if the number of guests changes.

No pets allowed.

Absolutely no parties. Advance permission is required to host anyone who is not a registered guest in our home during your stay. Fees may apply. Motorized vehicles on pavement only! No UTV's or dirt bikes permitted.



Interaction with Guests:

Our host, Jonna, is available by call or text to guests. .

Property is monitored with security cameras recording audio in the exterior parking and patio areas. Homeowner and host reserve the right to inspect the home if questionable activity is detected.

Lodge at Hilton's Hideaway | Private Hot Tub offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
