This beautiful property sits on 40 hill country acres, with a charming southern porch and a perfect front yard with giant oaks and serene views. It also features 2 living rooms, one downstairs off the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen, and another upstairs, featuring an additional twin daybed. There's a dining area off the kitchen as well as outdoors, and a grill just off that front porch. Amenities include an electric fireplace, central HVAC, WiFi, smart TV's, a washer and dryer, and an iron.
