We have board games (many of them are vintage games) and horse shoes in the backyard.
There is a bluetooth speaker and a radio in the living room .
The TVs are equipped with a plethora of streaming apps. They are set-up to automatically sign you out of your streaming accounts after check-out.
There is a washer and dryer for your use in the front bathroom (with 'sensitive' type laundry detergent and dryer sheets for those with sensitivities).
The cabin is heated/cooled via a mini-split system (ductless AC/Heater system). The units are located in the kitchen and main bedroom, and both come with remotes. Directions on how to use the units are posted on the wall next to the remotes. Although this system heats/cools the entire cabin, there are also space heaters and fans in the other rooms for those who prefer a boost. ;-)

NOTE: I advise against having anyone up in the loft that is below the age of 13. The only people allowed up in the loft are people who can and will safely navigate up/down the small stairs (the steps are small and curved, as you can see in the photos). We do have string lights that go down the stairs and are supposed to turn on at night when someone approaches the stairs. Side Note: The loft has a tendency to get warmer in the summer and cooler in the winter than the rest of the cabin. There is a full-size floor fan/heater up there for added comfort.
Bathrooms:
*Master bath has a large tiled shower, lighted vanity, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
*Front bathroom has tiled stall shower, lighted vanity, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
*Both bathrooms are full-size and have a floor fan/heater for added comfort. The washer/dryer for clothes is also in the front bathroom.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked, including (but not limited to): fridge/freezer (with ice cube trays and a 2-gallon jug of water), 2-burner stove, mini oven (as seen in photos), microwave, tea kettle, blender, 2-slice toaster, can opener, regular dishes, plastic dishes (for kids & outdoors), serving bowls/platter, baking sheet, pots/pans, instant-pot/pressure cooker (which can also be a slow-cooker), tortilla warmer, wine/drinking glasses, cork screw/bottle opener, coffee mugs (incl large), knife set, basic condiments, etc.
NOTE: There is not a dishwashing machine. There is a dish rack and a deep farmhouse sink for dish washing. I also stock paper plates, paper bowls, disposable cups, and disposable spoons/forks/knives for those who don't like doing dishes. ;-) Also, I supply 2-gallons of water. You're welcome to bring bottled water if you'd like.
Coffee station includes things like ground coffee, k-cups, teas, various types of sweetener, creamer cups, honey, etc.
Living Room:

*Fireplace (it's electric...you can run the 'flame' on its own and/or turn on the heat function too)

NOTE: While the larger property is shared, the cabin has a private yard (with bushes, trees and privacy fence) where you can be by yourselves, while still enjoying the expansive wooded vista views. The cabin area is fully fenced-in on all 4 sides (goat fence in front & back, and 8ft privacy fence on the right/left sides). The back fence (the goat fence you see in the photos) is not the property line...it's just there to delineate the private backyard area for the cabin. The property is 15 acres total. Look at the last photo to see the proximity between homes.
We also do monthly indoor/outdoor pest control, but since we're out in the country there may be a bug who finds its way in once in a while. So you're aware, there is a security camera at the front porch and there are game cameras facing in the woods for deer tracking purposes.
We do not offer refunds for weather, power outages, or other events beyond our control. Travel insurance is recommended.
