Lovely secluded cottage in Dronningmølle

A really cozy wooden summer house on Zealand's beautiful north coast.

Welcome to this lovely holiday home, which, thanks to the open plan in combination with wooden floors, exudes a holiday atmosphere. Here you can really slow down and forget about everyday life. The house's 40 m2 large living space allows you to get together in the kitchen, at the dining area and in the sofa group in the large common room with direct access to the large wooden terrace and all the rooms. In the evening, you can light up the grill or wood-burning stove and then watch a good film from the soft sofa in the living room.



Dronningmølle is a charming little coastal town surrounded by green natural areas and a fantastic beach, where you can spend hours swimming in calm water and sunbathing. Dronningmølle has several cozy cafes, restaurants, an ice cream kiosk and mini golf. You are very close to the charming fishing village of Gilleleje to the west and popular Hornbæk to the east. It is also not far to Helsingør, where you can enjoy the old streets, the harbour, the Kulturværftet and visit Kronborg Castle and say hello to Holger Danske. Just at the end of the road, there is a trail system for trips in the beautiful Rusland Hills and to the exciting Tegners Museum in the statue park, which is worth a visit if you want a unique nature experience with breathtaking statue art.



The summer house is isolated, modern and comfortably furnished. The house is secluded on private land in Dronningmølle with a short distance to scenic areas, the good child-friendly sandy beach, café, restaurants and grocery shopping. The location is central for excursions on the entire North Coast, to Copenhagen and in North Zealand. Close to the house there is an open common area with opportunities for play and ball games. The house is furnished with a large common room with a kitchen in open connection to the living room and dining area. The large room has a pitched ceiling and three double doors with direct access to the large wooden terrace. Thanks to year-round insulation, underfloor heating in the bathroom and wood-burning stove in the living room, the cottage is also extremely suitable for a winter stay.



The summer house is suitable for up to 5 people and a child up to 3 years old. It is 120 m2, built in 1961 and continuously renovated. The house is situated on a 1206 m² plot, which is 700 m to the sea and a fishing lake. The nearest grocery store is located at a distance of 425 m. There is a golf course at a distance of 1950 m. and there is a playground at a distance of 625 m. The holiday home includes 60 m² of open terrace area and a 28 m² covered terrace. There is a barbecue available and parking at the accommodation.



The house has a total of 3 bedrooms. The sleeping places are divided into: 2 rooms with 2 double beds/single beds each, a desk and a room with 2 sleeping places in single beds/double beds. In addition, there is a cot. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove with 4 hotplates, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and various small kitchen appliances such as coffee machines, toaster and mini blender. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet. In the holiday home there is a Smart TV and Chromecast. Wireless internet is available.
