The hotel was not very busy with not many cars in the parking lot. We were placed in a old dated worn room next to a banquet hall where a large function with booming music was going on. Even with the TV turned up and loud AC unit going, we could still hear it so there was no way we were going to be able to sleep. When we talked to the lovely lady at the front desk, she tried to help but her manager over the phone (which i could hear) told her to tell us they were full, which was obviously a lie. It was only after much complaining that miraculously a room (newer and renovated) was found. The only reason I give this 2 stars is because of the front counter lady's continuous efforts to help us despite her managers efforts to do nothing for us.

our room was not clean, I almost fell taking a shower, there needs to be a rough finish or something on the bottom of the tub. We also had to depart early due to a family emergency further in Canada, and am looking to get our money returned. We have stayed at other Travel lodges in Canada and never ran into any issues. We would appreciate the return of our funds , we payed for 4 nights and only stayed one

We stayed in a business room, it was very clean and well appointed, even had a bathrobe. Comfortable bed. We were just one night on a stopover, it was easy to find right off the highway. Check in was fast, staff very efficient. Excellent value for money.

Great place to stop. Close to highway exit. Friendly staff and very clean. Affordable price. The adjoining restaurant is very convenient and has great food. Will definitely make this a regular stopover when traveling through the area.
