I was very satisfied with the friendliness of the desk staff each time I spoke with them. We arrived late in the evening and they were very helpful with out bags and assisting with the heat in our room. The cleaning staff were able to give us new towels the second day and third day as that is all we needed so they didn't need to clean the room until we left. The breakfast was good every day. Thank you.

The property was in a great location and close to attractions and downtown Cincinnati. The only issue we had was the water pressure was a little slow at times and you can hear banging through the water pipes. The hotel was really clean and the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was good.

The touch screen coffee machine in the lobby was the downfall of the hotel. They would break down frequently and took forever to brew a cup. There was a constant line during breakfast of people waiting for a cup of coffee. They would be better off just having brew and serve urns or air pots. I was told that it was a company wide roll out. They were enough to keep me away from a Holiday INN Express if I can help it and look for other properties when available.

Great fir bith Creation Musesum and Ark Encounter

Everyone was so nice, I recommend this hotel. Big rooms, best breakfast, felt safe. If you are going to the Ark Encounter it is less than 10 minutes away and the Creation Museum was 39 minutes away.

Very clean and staff was very kind. Only down fall if I had to pick one, was the pool. Water seemed dirty but it could have been from how busy it was- no less then 20 kids in the pool at a time.
