Welcome to your Dubai Marina getaway! This bright and comfortable two-bedroom apartment in Torch Tower is all about easy living, great views, and a fantastic location. Whether you’re here for a quick city break or a longer stay, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home.



The Space:

The living area is a cosy spot to unwind after a day exploring Dubai. Stretch out on the soft grey sofa bed, switch on the HD TV, or curl up with a book under the gold floor lamp. Modern pendant lights hang above the marble coffee table with its gold base, while the blue feature wall and matching armchair give the room a calm and cheerful vibe. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light and offer lovely city views, day and night.



Right next to the living room is the dining area, perfect for meals together. The glass table comfortably seats six – great for breakfast before hitting the beach or a relaxed dinner after a day around the Marina.



The kitchen has everything you need if you fancy cooking. Fully equipped with dinnerware, cookware, and modern appliances – oven, microwave, fridge and more – it’s all ready for those easy breakfasts or simple home-cooked meals.



Step out onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink with views across the city and a glimpse of the sparkling Marina. Being up on the 13th floor gives you that lovely sense of peace above the buzz.



The master bedroom is your little retreat, with a comfy king-sized bed dressed in crisp linens and soft pillows. The grey feature wall, warm bedside lights and modern ceiling light make it feel calm and welcoming. There’s a checkered bench at the foot of the bed, built-in wardrobes for your things, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the tub. You’ll also find a handy welcome pack with towels, shampoo and other bits to get you started.



The second bedroom has a fresh, tropical feel with a light green wall and rattan touches. Another king-sized bed promises a good night’s sleep, and there’s a wooden chest of drawers with a mirror plus plenty of wardrobe space. It’s bright, breezy, and perfect for guests or kids.



Just outside, there’s a second full bathroom, also stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. A separate laundry room makes long stays easy and convenient.



You’ll love being right in the middle of Dubai Marina – everything’s at your doorstep. The beach, Marina Walk, cafés, restaurants and shops are just a short stroll away. Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full access to the building's premium amenities, including the pool, gym, kids' play area, steam room, sauna, and convenient on-site parking.



Please be informed that the Jacuzzi swimming pool is temporarily closed due to ongoing maintenance works. This measure has been taken to ensure the health and safety of all residents.

Please be informed that the pool area will be temporarily closed, starting from 9 February until February 12, 2026.

Other Things to Note:

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).



Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.



Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Late Check-out fee AED 100/hour.



We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.



Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only. Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.



Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 2000.



Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay.



Please note that some units in the property building are under renovation. Working hours are from 10AM to 5PM and Loud noise is until 3PM. During these hours. residents can expect loud noise resulting from the renovation activities. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.



If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee. Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.
