Comfortable stay

Good communication with representative. There is not a reception desk as such but a security guard was expecting us and gave us the keys. Maintenance is slow but no major issues. Housekeeping gentleman was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. The apartment is comfortable, clean and modern with good view of Burj Khalifa. We stayed in a different one before - both were of a high standard. I would certainly go back. The immediate area has all you need for shops and restaurants. Taxi to airport and Mirdif both 40-45 AED, and 12AED to Dubai Mall.

It’s non refundable even if their is no bed to sleep on Nightmare stay never stay here it took 9 hours to Check in they refused to check me in till I agreed to a deposit in cash. The bed was broken for 8 weeks they refused to fix it I had to pay a handy man to fix it the Ac didn’t work and the water cuts off mid shower and washing. They wouldn’t let me cancel or move me. They should be shut down not professionally run or furnished properly
