We provide fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay, and our kitchen is stocked with essentials like coffee, tea, and cooking supplies. If you’re arriving by car, parking can be arranged, but please let us know in advance. Lastly, we kindly ask that you respect our home by observing our strict no smoking policy inside the apartment.

Large parties or gatherings are not permitted. Please note that any signs of parties on the premesis warrants a fine of 1,000 AED.

3.⁠ ⁠Pets Policy
No pets are allowed on the property (even the really cute ones, sorry!🥲)

4.⁠ ⁠Smoking Policy
This property is non-smoking. Please note that the fine for smoking on the property is 1,000 AED.

5.⁠ ⁠Damages
Please treat the property with care. Any damages or breakages should be reported immediately. Guests may be held responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

6.⁠ ⁠Occupancy Limits
As indicated in your booking, the property has a strict occupancy limit. Only registered guests are allowed to stay.

7.⁠ ⁠Security
For your safety, always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property and ensure that valuables are secured.
