NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the studio to maintain its freshness. Indoor smoking will incur a fee for odor and deep cleaning. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony; please dispose of butts responsibly.

Our 2 bedroom offers a peaceful JVT location, ensuring daily essentials are steps away at Viva Supermarket and Life Pharmacy in the Novotel hotel building, just behind our building. The area is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay.

Getting Around Dubai: Navigating the city is simple. For ride-sharing, we recommend the efficient Careem and Bolt apps. The DMCC Metro station is a convenient 12-minute drive from the studio, offering traffic-free city exploration.

Local Exploration & Shopping: JVT serves as a central point for Dubai`s attractions. You`re just a short drive from the stunning Dubai Marina, the lively JBR Walk & Beach, and the futuristic Expo City Dubai. - Children under 14 should shall not be left unsupervised in the property balcony
- Guests may not make any alterations to the unit
- Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas
Conduct that is not in accordance with these rules may result in:
- Eviction of the guests
- Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others
