FIVE LUXE offers 382 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars (stocked with some free items) and espresso makers. Pillowtop beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. 55-inch Smart televisions come with premium cable channels and Netflix. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a deep soaking bath and a rainfall showerhead. Bathrooms are also outfitted with bathrobes, slippers and designer toiletries.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wired and wireless Internet access (speed: 100+ Mbps (good for 1–2 people or up to 6 devices)). Business-friendly amenities include safes and telephones. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottles of water and coffee/tea makers. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered on a daily basis. Amenities available on request include hypo-allergenic bedding.

Room smelled bad upon entering each time, like rotten eggs or a sewer pipe back up, Japanese restaurant was not very good or service, and price for two over 1k bdraft beer at pool $23 lol

I really enjoyed Five Luxe. If you’re looking for a place to vibe at the pool with some drinks and hookah this is the place to be. The staff is great. Close to cove beach and other shopping places.

Everything was perfect and the view from my room was beautiful. The only thing I had an issue with was one of the people who came to clean my room the first time broke my universal plug I just purchased so I couldn’t use certain things for the remainder of trip like my curling iron but luckily they had an in wall usb for my iphone charger and usb ports on the tvs.

Worth a visit

Brand new shiny hotel, still has some polishing to do on service. Staff were excellent and reasonably attentive. The day club is ideal for old Ibiza clubbers who now have a little more expensive taste. Paradiso bar is very nice for a good sunset photo, but just dont expect to get drunk here as service isnt the fastest.

Everything was good . Great location. Except the first night we couldn’t sleep until 3am and it was very very noisy. They had a big DJ concert and the noise was reaching every room.

Amazing views and nice rooms, but not worth the $

Pros: Look, the views are unmatched, the rooms are incredible, pool area is great. We weren’t there for the party vibes (don’t mind either way) but good for that. Location in JBR great. Some nice service moments eg where they let me use the cold plunge compliment Unfortunately the service and amenities are beaten by hotels that you pay 1/10 the price for. Cons: - check-in process was painful/delayed - pool restaurant prices are extortionate, and food bland, so in effect no food or drinks available on site - room had multiple technical items needed fixing. Resolved, but annoying - room had a ‘kitchen’ (oven, cooktop) and we like to prep our own food but not a single kitchen item in there. Not even a fork, dish sponge - nothing. Had to ask from room service and it’s like they had never been asked before. Why have a cooktop then?! - felt treated like a criminal more than once: entering the hotel via the beach chased by security and looked up and down like an intruder. And upon checkout they were stalling and wouldn’t let me leave to the airport while they checked the minibar! Never have I experienced this, let alone in a ‘luxe’ hotel! Just ask me for gods sake, and you have a MASSIVE hold on my credit card! Unbelievable. Obv I simply left. The dumb thing is all the cons are addressable. They simply need to lift their game and think about a wider variety of guests (it’s obv for the insta/ultra rich crowd). Tldr I regret paying luxe prices for avg service and poor amenities.

They gave a room with next building view which was like a blackout view. When i booking the city view. Everything is extra charges, even for deliveries you have to come downstairs to pick up. Pool don’t have showers.

There are two other FIVE properties, but this by far is the best of the three. Right by the marina with its own three level pool and then a party floor by the beach, which had the best DJs whether you’re on the dance floor or dancing on your hotel balcony. The service was wonderful from the time that you entered the lobby, going to the breakfast buffet or even enter in the elevator the politeness and the professionalism of the staff is the best I’ve seen in years! It’s hard to surpass the level of service and cleanliness of this hotel. That’s not even two years old yet. I will stay here again when visiting Dubai.
