You can access the building through the main entrances. We ask that you be respectful of the home and community. you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Plus, JVC’s central location gives you easy access to top destinations like Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and Downtown Dubai. Whether you’re here to unwind or discover the city`s best hotspots, JVC has it all.

1. Taxi/Private Car (Uber/Careem)
Best for: Comfort, convenience, and direct access to destinations.

Why: Taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Careem are widely available in Dubai, and you can easily book them via apps. They’re great for getting around the city quickly and comfortably, especially if you’re traveling with luggage or just want door-to-door service.

2. Public Transport (Metro & Bus)
Best for: Budget-friendly, efficient, and well-connected.

Why: Dubai’s metro system is fast, clean, and covers most key areas, including the Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, and the airport. However, JVC doesn’t have a direct metro station yet, so you’d need to take a short taxi or bus ride to the nearest metro station (e.g., Dubai Internet City or Mall of the Emirates).

Tip: The Nol card (Dubai`s transport card) works across all modes of public transport (metro, tram, and buses), so it’s a handy option if you`re planning to use public transport often.

3. Car Rental
Best for: Flexibility and exploring the city at your own pace.

Why: Renting a car is a great option if you plan to explore Dubai at your own pace. You’ll have access to all the major highways and can easily drive to iconic spots like the Palm Jumeirah or the Burj Khalifa. JVC has ample parking space, and Dubai’s roads are generally easy to navigate.

4. Bicycles & E-Scooters
Best for: A fun, eco-friendly way to explore nearby areas.

Why: For short trips within JVC or nearby areas, bikes and e-scooters are a fun way to get around. Several companies, like Lime and Circ, offer e-scooters for rent via mobile apps. JVC is pedestrian-friendly with wide paths, and you’ll find bike lanes and scooter rental stations around.

5. Walk
Best for: Exploring the immediate neighborhood and getting some exercise.

Why: JVC is designed with wide sidewalks and green spaces, making it a great area to take a stroll. Many cafes, shops, and parks are within walking distance from most places in the neighborhood.

Check out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved).

In order to abide by all DTCM legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your passport ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our secured verification portal, and pay a refundable security deposit.


Other things to Note:
- Absolutely no smoking, there`s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors.
- No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed.
- Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately.
* Please note guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying for utilities used during their stay.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking inside the unit. Please proceed to the designated smoking area on the lower level of the building. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest`s expense.

Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.

There`s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors.
No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort is allowed. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.

Smoking - Smoking inside is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence, will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present.

**Local Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or the reservation will be canceled. No exceptions, no refunds**

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens FOB Keys, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property, can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
