We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, they gave us early check in and late check out. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is more boutique style which we really liked. It is close next to West Beach, and about 500 meters from a mall that has supermarkets, restaurants, and pretty decent shopping.

Hotel was of a reasonable standard, but at over USD600/night I expected more - better places in Dubai in the same area at this pricing. Breakfast quality and selection average. Bathrooms are small and only with shower over bath with very restricted access. We arrived early and asked for an early check in and upon arrival at 6am promised our room by 2pm. Only after much pleading were we given a room at 4h30pm which was even 90 minutes after official check-in time, and this for a six night stay for 2 rooms. One sliding window that opens 100mm and in a 2 bedroom/1 lounge unit! Small swimming pool on 9th floor always over-busy with guests and few/no available sun-loungers. Not great!
