The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. However the property is extremely outdated and dirty. The first room they put us in on the lower level had roaches and mold. They then moved us to higher floor and that room was much better.

Hotel was average and in some areas below average. The toilet seat had urine stains and changed colour, the toilet smelt of urine. The breakfast was actually not good, i stopped going all together. The staff, particularly those that work in the kitchen are unfriendly and unhelpful. Couple nights i couldn't sleep because they had an event almost all nights on the ground floor event hall.

We stayed at the hotel from 10 of February 2025until the 17 of February 2025 .As soon as we got to the hotel , we had valet parking done. TAHA service us at the reception desk, he told us about breakfast been included. Which was a great deal and less hassle for us. The breakfast was amazing continental dishes every day. TAHA also helped us in booking a full day private tour in Dubai. Its was amazing. Totally recommend anyone that wants to see all the attractions in Dubai. TAHA is a very professional and committed.The dinner at Delhi 6 was delicious. Sourav has a amazing customer service. The restaurant is amazing for delicious desi dinners 10/10 . Then coming to Geoffrey’s Sports Bar , they have an amazing collection of drinks and delicious appetizers. I was amazed by these staffs at Geoffrey’s Sport Bar.The Barman - Manoj , Sarmilla, Astish and Mandi. They are so professional,caring and hardworking. I would give them a 10/10.We had an awesome, amazing experience at Seven Seas hotel. Totally recommend it to my friends and family.

Hotel staff is very courteous welcoming goes out of way to take.care to make you feel at home. I had to go to emergency medical treatment they called ambulance and checked on me at hospital. Due to my medical condition they did me a late check out. I will give them a 5 star rating.
