This stylishly furnished apartment features modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom, making it perfect for couples, solo travellers, or groups of friends seeking an elegant retreat with breathtaking panoramas. The apartment offers a spacious open-plan dining and sitting area with smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at JBR beach. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy stunning views and savour your morning coffee while taking in the marina views.



Equipped with high-quality amenities, the kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I will provide complimentary tea and coffee with enough to get you started until you can get to the supermarket, there is one within the building!



Accommodating up to 4 guests, this retreat features a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, alongside with double sofa bed—ensuring everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.



Please notify me no later than 48 hours prior to check-in if you require the sofa bed to be made up. Requests made after this time may not guarantee the preparation of the sofa bed or the provision of additional linens and towels see house rules for more information.

Getting Around:

Taxi: Taxis are readily available throughout Dubai Marina and are a convenient option for shorter distances or when you prefer door-to-door service. They are metered and generally easy to flag down or book through apps such as Careem. Sparkle Tower’s strategic location on Al Gharbi Street allows you to exit the Marina with minimal traffic when venturing wider around Dubai.



Metro: The Dubai Metro's Red Line serves Dubai Marina bringing you to Downtown Dubai, with DMCC station being closest to you. It's a budget friendly, fast, and reliable way to travel to other parts of the city, including Dubai Mall, Mall of The Emirates and Dubai International Airport but can be very busy.



Walking: The Dubai Marina Walk is a form of a loop that stretches around the Dubai marina. With different pathways that drift in other directions. The ring-like walk is 8 kilometres or 5.3 miles long.
