Our stay at Taj Exotica was truly memorable. The hotel is impeccably clean, with every space - from the lobby to the rooms - maintained to the highest standard. Breakfast was a daily delight, offering a wide range of options that catered beautifully to different tastes. One of the standout moments was the complimentary upgrade to a sea view room, offered as a goodwill gesture by the team. It was a generous touch that elevated our experience. The food throughout the resort was consistently excellent, and the spa services were top-tier - calming, professional, and deeply restorative. The only downside was our experience with the shisha. We paid £55 to try it one evening, but unfortunately it was poor quality. Even after requesting a replacement, it remained disappointing. That said, this was a minor blip in an otherwise exceptional stay. Highly recommended for those seeking a luxurious, well-managed retreat with thoughtful service and excellent amenities.

The hotel does have the wow factor with the interior design and decor throughout. The hotel room was spacious, cleaned everyday and had many bottles of water (that was needed in the Dubai sun). Breakfast choice was very good. Breakfast drinks orders were very hit and miss. Sometimes we got half an order, sometimes we didn’t get any. Hot drinks are available within the breakfast room, but it would be advisable to either offer an order system or decide not. Many times we had finished our breakfast and were unsure whether we had a coffee coming or not. The on site restaurant - Roaring Rabbit - was very eye catching. The food was spectacular especially the tikka masala and steak sandwich. Happy hour drinks are good. The rooftop bar was stunning, although keep an eye on your order/bill as if you don’t say single shot they will provide and charge for a double. Pool and beach area was clean and comfortable. The cool boxes were a nice touch as were the ice lollies. The daiquiri deal was very good value too. All in all a good hotel with many positives.

The quality of service and care was exceptional. I was really happy and my family had a brilliant time. We particularly enjoyed the pool areas and the beach as well as the pool bar. Food was amazing from breakfast brunch to the rooftop dining. Plenty of options to eat and drink. We will be back again indeed!

Loved the Taj

Loved the experience! The staff the beach the breakfast, housekeeping, everything was perfect! Except the pool is not deep and the beach access needs to be cleaned off the shells like Jumeirah beach hotel does.
