A fully self-contained one bedroom apartment in central Dubbo, perfect for couples or individuals visiting Dubbo.
A backyard cottage and garden, it is located between Elston Park and Victoria Park, two beautiful leafy locations in the centre of town.

Within walking distance to great cafes and restaurants, our regional gallery, the Western Plains Cultural Centre and the Dubbo Regional Theatre & Convention Centre.
It’s also just a short 10 minute drive to the Taronga Western Plains Zoo.

The space
The cottage is a relaxing renovated space in the backyard of my circa 1911 house in central Dubbo.
As I love to travel I have decorated the cottage with my photographs from Morocco and Paris, as well as movie posters I bought in Havana, Cuba.
It is comfortable all year round and is double glazed to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. If needed there are reverse cycle air-conditioners in the bedroom and living areas and under-floor heating and a warming towel rack in the bathroom.

There is an under-sink water filter so you can fill up a water bottle as you head off to the zoo for the day!
If you need to do washing there is a laundry with washer and drier, together with an iron and small ironing board. Washing liquid and fabric softener is there for you to use. There’s a clothes drying rack that can be used on the deck if required.
There is also a dedicated office space within the apartment (complete with an Eames replica office chair)

Guest access
You will have the entire cottage to yourself and it is particularly suited to couples or singles.
