Cocoonr offers you Lake and Chill, a charming garden-level flat ideally located in Duingt, right on the water. You'll enjoy a splendid view of the mountains, the lake and the village's emblematic castle.

With direct access to a 4,000 m² private beach and two pontoons reserved for residents, this flat guarantees a unique lakeside experience. The surrounding hiking trails also invite you to explore the region's natural wealth at your own pace.

The flat is composed as follows:

- Spacious living room with large family sofa, dining area and large picture windows offering exceptional views of the lake and mountains. Direct access to the terrace, garden and lake.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery and cutlery.
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds 80x190 cm forming a double bed (non-separable), direct access to terrace/garden and lake.
- Bedroom 2: 1 single bed 90x190 cm, bookcase with books available (no window).
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 140x190 cm (no window).
- Bathroom with toilet.

Outside :
- Large 40 m² terrace with dining table, seating area and garden furniture.
- Private paved area for the flat and shared lawn for residents.
- Private 4,000 m² beach with two pontoons.

Possibility of renting jointly with Le Loft Azur (1ᵉʳ floor), to accommodate up to 7 people.

Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.

Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15 from Annecy for easy access to the city centre (around 20 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). Daviet stop
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. There are also bus and private shuttle services between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
