Place was fantastic. Close to everything and had a beautiful view. Only downside is the lack of onsite parking. That said, there is public parking right across the street so it isn’t a deal breaker. Can't wait to stay again. My new favorite hotel!

Holy buckets, this place was AWESOME! We weren’t sure what to expect, especially since we got such a good deal. I was absolutely blown away. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Parking was close by, as well as our destination for the trip, Bentleyville. The view from our room was so great, too! Ben at the front desk was a rockstar and was happy to banter with my high energy 4 year old. This is our new favorite property in the area!

The space itself was great for our family of five to stay. That said, there were irritants that would make us not stay here again especially for the price we paid. None of the TVs are connected to WiFi, so no streaming or screen casting. Cable was available, but the TV didn't include a guide so we could figure out what was on when. Honestly, the lack of streaming on the TVs is the deal breaker. Pretty strange not to have that capability. Our family spent the day outside and exploring Duluth and wanted to go back, snuggle in, and watch a movie together. There were no extra blankets despite a lot of closet space. The kitchen was nice - we cooked some pizzas…but no hot pads. The coffee set up was lacking as well - only two regular coffee pods. The room did not include any kind of materials about things to do in the area, hotel amenities, etc. There isn't a restaurant or bar on the premises, so if you stay there, be sure to stock up things you may need. This was an expensive option to lack the items noted above. Definitely not worth it.

Lovely views from our suite with a perfect view of Bentlyvillle. Walking distance to Bentleyville and Starbucks. Great location and loved the Aveda in room bath products.

Our room was almost brand new. Great view of the Duluth Depot and Library from our windows. The bed was perfect and the kitchenette would have been great if we would have stayed longer. You can exit the hotel onto Superior St. Easy to pop out and find a restaurant or coffee.

The room was okay. Was told to park in 410 W 1st St and after doing so, I walked by a bunch of signs saying to pay online with a barcode. Not wanting my vehicle to be towed/to be fined I paid the fee. (Even though parking was said to be free with our stay) I asked the front desk about it and was told I would be refunded the $10 parking fee because the parking fees were already included in our stay. The next morning I asked the front desk again and was told that they have no way to give me my money back because they aren’t affiliated with Duluth Public Parking even though they have a partnership with them? I feel scammed. Also, the website said that there were streaming services like Netflix but our TV said Netflix was “unavailable” I asked the front desk and was told that she doesn’t know how to fix it and just “oh well, sorry”. I felt scammed again. None of our few requests were answered and I regret staying there.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room looked exactly like the pictures. It was spacious and perfect for our family of six. The hotel does contract with a parking ramp, so make sure you get that info when you check in.
