The best part of staying here is being close to everything! You can walk to the beach, the lift bridge, all of the shops and restaurants in Canal, or just soak up a front row seat to the iconic lift bridge that makes Duluth special. You'll love entertaining your family and friends in this open concept space. Gather around the beautiful kitchen island, get cozy on the living room sectional, or feel the sea breeze while enjoying your morning coffee on the deck. This condo has a loft style bedroom with a king size bed, a queen day bed, a well appointed kitchen and a spacious handicap accessible bathroom you'll love getting ready in. Great location next to the famous Duluth lift bridge. The premises were fully loaded with all the kitchen appliances/amenities you need! Also plenty of bedding and pillows. Enjoyed the extra touches such as extra throw blankets, coffee, small bag of local popcorn, and well thought out welcome guide. It was super nice to park in the units parking lot and be able to walk the short distance over the bridge and be in the Canal Park area! Will definitely stay here or at one of the hosts locations again!

I love staying here! Great location and a very cute, quaint space. It certainly was an open floor plan so if you are staying with friends or others, just be aware that you can hear everything that goes on in the house. My only negative feedback is The upstairs bed was very uncomfortable from my perspective.Otherwise it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again!

Duluth Visit

Very nice place to stay, cool to see the lift bridge so close. Very busy neighborhood and street and very close to Canal Park. Perfect for a Duluth visit.

Great vibes, stellar location

We loved staying at the Dragestil House this weekend. It’s prime location, steps from the Aerial Lift Bridge and Park Point Beach - and lots of good spots for dog-walking. The place was spacious and clean, stocked with the basics so we could cook the food we brought with ease. Host communication and self check-in/out were seamless. We’d love to stay here again!
