So, the house itself is very nice, comfortable and bright. Bedding was comfortable, living room was good, but dining room chairs somewhat uncomfortable but not too bad. Only two of the three bathrooms are full baths, the one on the first floor is a half bath. The major issue we had was that we discovered someone living in a tent in the garage a few days into our rental which creeped everyone out! We noticed food, clothing and even a bucket of urine on the garage floor. I tried to contact the owner and it was only after I said I was going to contact the police that she responded and she stated she would handle the situation. Then the Wi-Fi went out and it was off for several days. We also noticed that there may have been someone inside the house while we were gone during the day as the shower head was in a different position and some things appeared to have moved. The owner did have a story of who was in garage but it sounded pretty weak, but she did remove all the stuff and suddenly the Wi-Fi was fixed. The owner also came around at times and was seen looking inside and she stated that she was doing the gardening and would leave shortly. With all the issues, I would feel uncomfortable recommending this place as a rental which is unfortunate as the Broughty Ferry neighborhood is awesome, we had a lot of fun around there and it is a four minute walk to the train station so it is an excellent location.
