Although the apartment sits within the grounds of Taypark House Hotel, the accommodation is managed separately from the hotel itself. Guests are welcome to visit the hotel’s bar and restaurant if they wish, or reserve one of the outdoor dining domes directly with the hotel.

Free private parking is available on site, making it easy to explore Dundee and the surrounding area by car. Public transport is also convenient, with a bus stop located at the entrance to the grounds providing regular connections to the city centre, university and Ninewells Hospital.
