This is a sort of bare minimum stop off type of facility. We only stayed two nights. There was an artificial scent room deodorizer that made the whole room stink. I immediately set it outside on the table. And then smells of sewage became apparent. But those Mild smells were only around the bathroom area and not the entire room and they were less offensive than the stinky room deodorizer. Otherwise, it was fairly comfortable.

Beach Lodge Motel Dunedin

A bit dated, someone else’s socks left in the room behind the small cabinet that I ended up moving to put my suitcase on, the bed had body dents on either side (ridge in the middle), not enough plug points, overall pretty average I was lucky to stay at the back away from the busy road.
