This was a great stay my only dissapointment was having purchasing breakfast option we were unable to purchase from the "real" breakfast menu eg porridge or omelet rather restricted to hot buffet.

Staying at this hotel was the most enjoyable experience of a hotel stay in my entire experience and I have stayed in a huge amount in my long life. Everyone was very kind and helpful, it was also very quiet, the room was perfect and clean with everything you could possibly imagine and was cleaned and replenished with everything every day and a nice touch was the little cookie pack replaced daily. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all and would stay again in a heartbeat. 10/10 Gail stayed 5 October for 5 nights.

We had a great stay at the Distinction. We stayed in the executive suit, and it was a fantastic room. Lovely and clean, nice staff, comfortable bed and in general great facilities. But there was one disappointment, and it was their TV's. They are too old. You can't connect with your phone and in general way out of date. Where live streaming is commonplace everywhere now, I was surprised that this was an issue. Get that fixed and get that fixed soon I would suggest.

We stayed 3 nights here (Fri, Sat, Sun) and were happy with the overall experience. The location of the hotel makes for an easy walk to the "octagon" area for food, drinks etc. Our 8th floor room was clean and quiet and check in was an easy process. Parking is actually in a multi storey car park directly opposite the hotel (was $74 AUD as of 30/09/2025 for the 3 nights). The room also came with a washer / dryer which was a nice touch. Bed was a little challenging comfort wise as it was two separate beds "wrapped" with King sheets to make the one. Elevator wait times can also be a little tricky as there is only one for each wing of the Hotel. In short, would we book again - yes. Enjoyable and pleasant overall - yes.
