No soap for shower or left anywhere. Really cold when we arrived at night, and windows were all open. The office was also locked when we arrived at 5.30pm and had to wait for the lady to come down. The pull out couch had a pair of kids underwear in them so hasn't been pulled out and cleaned.

This was a great place to stay when we were passing through Dunedin. It was within walking distance of some great bars & eateries and clean and tidy. Perfect for our needs.

We were delayed and knew we would be arriving late so I called ahead and the manager was super helpful and arranged to leave the key and milk for us. She was also appreciate of the notice. The room was so toasty warm. TVs in all the rooms which my boys loved. Very clean and everything you could need.
